OUR MISSION & COMMITMENT
We are committed to protecting the lives of vulnerable children and ensuring they are safe from the social and psychological challenges commonly faced in rural Uganda.
Our charter is to prepare every child in our care for their next step into higher education and technical studies, while nurturing discipline, confidence, and hope for the future.
Katungu Needy and Orphan Children’s Project is a community-based charity working among vulnerable, needy, and orphaned children in Katungu, Kabale District, Western Uganda. It focuses on helping children access education, basic needs, and a safer learning environment through community support and partnerships.
The project is officially registered with Kabale local government and operates as a bridge between caring partners and children in need.
Its main education partner is Sunrise School Uganda, where many of the supported children study.
